In as little as two sessions per week, we’ll focus on strengthening the upper and lower parts of your affected side. The program is designed to target your current level of recovery and your most problematic areas. SIMS virtual includes nutritional coaching, general fitness, and supporting any other lifestyle and fitness goals that are important to you. During our sessions, our main focus will be on your affected side, but I’ll engage in full-body fitness and satisfy your nutritional needs to ensure total wellness and recovery.
My virtual training will be your health and wellness guide to breaking through barriers you once believed were well beyond your reach. I offer one-on-one sessions to respect your privacy as well as group classes to create a sense of community and to share struggles and successes as powerful, stroke survivors!
